We want you to love your Nachtseide. If you don't, we keep it simple.

14-day right of return – voluntary

In Switzerland there is no statutory right of withdrawal for online purchases. We nevertheless give you 14 days from receipt to return unworn and unwashed items in their original packaging.

Excluded for hygiene reasons

We cannot take back used pillowcases, sleep masks, bonnets and scrunchies – silk lies directly on skin and hair. Please check size and colour before first use.

How it works

1. Write to us within 14 days at hello@nachtseide.ch with your order number.
2. You will receive the return address from us. You bear the return shipping costs; we recommend insured shipping.
3. After receipt and inspection, we refund the purchase price within 10 days to the original payment method.

Defective or wrong items

Should an item be faulty or not match your order, please contact us with a photo – we cover the return shipping and send a replacement or refund the full amount.
