Silk or satin?
Satin is a weave. Silk is a fibre.
A CHF 15 “satin pillowcase” is almost always polyester. Satin only describes the weave, not the material. We declare what's inside: fibre, weight and grade.

Is this really silk, or satin?
100 % mulberry silk, 22 momme, grade 6A. Satin is only a weave and usually polyester. We declare fibre and weight on every product.
Does 50 × 70 fit my pillow?
Yes, any standard 50 × 70 cm pillow. The Swiss sizes 65 × 65 and 65 × 100 are in the works. Sign up and we'll let you know.
How do I wash silk?
By hand or on a delicate cycle at 30 °C with a silk detergent, in a laundry bag. No tumble dryer; dry in the shade.
How fast is delivery?
We ship from Switzerland with Swiss Post, usually within 1 to 3 working days. No customs, no surprises.
Can I return an item?
14-day return policy for unworn, unwashed items in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons we can't take back used items.
